Title: Marketing Co-ordinator (entry-level)

Description:
The Marketing Coordinator will work with Sales and Creative team to create and execute all marketing related activities and deliverables for our various business units. We are looking for a recent graduate with strong understanding of internet technology, great command for the English (both oral and written) that wants to gain real marketing experience.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years in the interactive agency environment with a strong understanding of the operational process and creative culture.
• College Diploma or University degree (not required)
• Web savvy and active on the Internet. Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required. Other skills in Quark, Photoshop, Illustrator and HTML programming a plus
• Interest in information technology, media, and advertising industries
• Well-organized individual that can both execute and contribute ideas for new and existing programs.
• Strong writing, proof-reading and editing skills
• Experience with updating website content (i.e., press releases, articles, cases studies, etc.)
• Liaison with industry association and publications
• Coordination of campaign and misc. activities as required
• Assists in the production of routine promotional printed materials
• Assists with product and promotional launches
• Assists with the writing and distribution of press releases and other marketing related communications
• Assists with research and development
• Assists with advertisements, trade publications and advertising initiatives
• Creates and maintains marketing files, records, calendars, logs and other documents
• Assists with product development
• Possible tradeshow and event attendance as required
